We can help in different ways depending on your needs. It might be that you need some immediate legal advice or some documentation and remote support. If you’re accessing a more in-depth part of our service or simply feel more comfortable working face-to-face we’ll visit you at your premises. Either way, we’ll to come up with an affordable and flexible solution that works for your business.

We work in a variety of ways:

Retained Service: Virtual HR Hub can be that permanent extension of your business that gives you support whenever you need it and allows you to focus on the elements of the business that you’re an expert in. For an affordable monthly fee (which will depend on the number of employees) we’ll supply you with:

Project work: including HR health checks, Legal compliance (contracts, policies & procedures) projects, HR strategy, recruitment and Training & Development: The scope of any project work will be agreed up front and depends on the aims of the project, what resources are already in place and the number of employees in your organisation. Project planning is essential and will be highly transparent with regular opportunities for you to receive updates and  have an input.

Ad hoc: As and when you need, we can be there to support you. No issue is too small and our competitive hourly or daily charges will enable you to access our services with the ultimate flexibility. You simply pay for what you need and use.

However you access our services, you’ll receive a fully itemised invoice clearly indicating the work carried out and relevant charges.
